Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Some locations may be subject to shipping restrictions or limited service availability.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase. Estimated delivery times may vary due to:

Delivery dates are not guaranteed, especially for time-sensitive or holiday-related purchases.


4. Shipping Costs

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages lost due to incorrect address information

In certain cases, we may assist with filing a claim with the carrier, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.


8. Damaged Packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting evidence may be required to evaluate the claim.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times. This does not constitute a delay or incomplete delivery.


10. Seasonal and Holiday Considerations

Products sold through this website are often seasonal and gift-oriented. Orders placed close to holidays, including Valentine’s Day, are subject to higher risk of delivery delays.

We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance. Delays occurring during peak periods do not qualify for refunds or compensation.


11. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If an order is refused or not claimed upon delivery, it may be returned or abandoned by the carrier. In such cases:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Additional fees may be deducted from any refund issued
